The user must apply for a free account to browse jobs, but still must buy a premium account to apply for the job. Text highlighting is disabled through javascript, so the job cannot be searched for easily elsewhere, where it is free to apply for. In addition, the one-month membership option continues payment when it expires, which is stated in small fine print.
